Our party themes are broken down into the following categories:

Terms & Conditions

  • Parties must be booked at least two weeks (14 days) in advance. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. If we do not receive your deposit within seven (7) days of the confirmation, we will assume the booking is no longer required, and cancel the booking.
  • Your booking is only confirmed on receipt of your written acceptance of booking confirmation via e-mail or fax, together with your proof of deposit payment - no cheque deposits accepted. The Party Organisers will not arrive, unless a deposit is paid.
  • Should your party be booked during the same week of the party, full payment is required, either EFT or cash deposit when making your booking - no cheque deposits accepted.
  • The balance due must reflect in the account 2 days prior to your party - no cheque deposits accepted.
  • The deposit is forfeited for parties cancelled seven (7) days or less before the date booked.
  • Final numbers for guests must be confirmed 7 days prior to your party.
  • If you order cakes and party accessories, we will only place order with supplier upon receipt of deposit.
  • A fee based on the current AA rate will be charged for delivery and collection of any party items ordered.
  • Setting up of party table will only be done if time allows for it and if party packs and accessories are ordered with the décor. A set-up fee may be charged.
  • No collections or deliveries will be done on Sundays or Public Holidays, unless prior arrangements have been made. Sunday or Public Holiday parties will be delivered on the day prior to the party unless prior arrangements have been made.
  • Collection time for party goods will be discussed on delivery. All tables and chairs must be stacked and ready at time of collection and all fabric items are to be placed in a clean plastic bag at the same collection point. It will be the responsibility of the client to ensure that goods are well kept until collection.
  • Please take care when using candles and sparklers as these damage the table cloths and covers and will be charged for at full replacement rate. Please advise should you wish to do any crafts as paint etc may damage the material. Photo Boards must be kept out of the rain and off wet grass.
  • Any goods damaged will be billed at full replacement value and is payable immediately at the following replacement costs: Chair covers @ R50, Tablecloth R50, Banner R250, Flags R250 & Photo Board R500 (subject to change).
  • Please ensure that the party area is cleared and ready for set-up when we arrive.
  • Prices are only valid for 7 days from date of quotation.
  • All changes must be in writing and confirmed telephonically.

1. Basic Décor Party Package

This package includes the following:
  • Tables
  • Chairs
  • Tablecloths
  • Chair covers
  • Happy Birthday Banner

Price: R25 per person (excludes delivery)


2. Deluxe Party Package

Would you like us to take care of almost every little detail? With our Deluxe Party Package, you don't have to worry about a thing the day of the party. Our Deluxe Party Packages includes:

  • Table and Chair Rental
  • Tablecloths and Chair covers
  • Themed accessories - plates, cups, napkins etc.
  • Happy Birthday Banner and Flags
  • Photoboard
  • Cake & Candles
  • Take home party pack

Price: R75 per person

3. Don't Lift a Finger Ultimate Party Package

Let's face it, parents today are busy people and planning a party can be an overwhelming task. Invitations to address and mail, RSVPs to follow up on, and then there's the shopping, all added to your already busy schedule. The day of the party, you are so busy serving food, cleaning up and taking care of the details that you miss most of your child's special day. This year, you enjoy the party and let us take care of the details. Simply send us the guest list and we will do the rest. You are free to take pictures and share in the magic of the special celebration.

Our Ultimate Don't Lift a Finger Party Services include everything in our Deluxe package PLUS:

  • Our Professional Party Hostess from beginning to end of event, taking care of all of the details from addressing envelopes to keeping a record of gifts from your guests.
  • Personalized Party Invitations
  • RSVP service by phone - including a follow up phone call for non-responders
  • Matching Thank you notes addressed and stamped ready for you to personalize and mail
  • Sweets, Chips and Chilled beverages on table
  • Complete party area clean up (trash removal included)
